How To Increase Your Helpfulness Ranking

You’re one of the most helpful people I know, so I think everyone on help.com deserves to know it!

While I’m not going to give away the recipe to the “secret sauce” of helpfulness ratings, it’s safe to say that the more Advice you post on the site (the more times that you Give Help, especially when not even being asked for it), the better. The next best thing is to look for questions people have asked in an area you have some experience, and provide a really good, helpful answer to their question.
