Control it with a lack in temptations.

I have the exact same problem! Try going looking for healthier snacks and meals to replace the ones you usually eat. I eat a lot of almonds, sandwiches, soup, salads, tuna fish w/ crackers, fruit, veggies, smart pop popcorn. These are all things I loooveee to eat and aren’t too unhealthy for you. Look for things that you enjoy eating! That way you can basically eat as much as you used to, but different foods that you still enjoy. Oh and maybe replace drinks with water and/or skim milk. Hope this helps

Before you go out shopping make a food plan for the week, then go out and get what is on the list. Don’t go into the sweet, crisp, or biscuit isle in the supermarket. Any unhealthy foods you have in the house chuck them out so you can be tempted. Sometimes when you feel hungry you are really just thirsty, so try drinking water before going to eat something.

For the will power issue, you may find it easier trying to lose weight with someone. You could join a weight watcher club or something like that. That should encourage you to try and lose weight with everyone else, plus you are all in it for the same thing, to lose some weight, so you can talk to each other, encourage each other and recommend things to each other as well!
