It’s the nerves in your brain. People have nerves that electrify in their minds that go all over the place and it’s almost like flipping a quarter. Sometimes they lead to positive emotions sometimes they lead to negative ones also.

Thanks for the reply. That makes alot of sense So I guess that’s why drugs and alcohol have such a negative effect on our bodies.

Well if you stay up late and drink all day you will feel like a bag of crap the next. If you get up early and eat right and exercise and go to bed on time you should feel like a charm. Do you do the exact same thing every day and wake up in pain? Are you talking about psychologically instead of physically?
