PLZ help GUYs

Im 21yrs old,from around 22days im having severe pain in my back,in d lower side above d hip,1st it was on d left side but from 4 days it has begun paining on both d sides.Docs dont have a clue right now,im frustrated of dis pain cant walk n do my normal activities,have become simply bed ridden,i feel so sick,feel like every thing has come 2 an end.plz help…xrays and sonography done reports are normal…….

Chiropractor? Back injuries are very hard to diagnose and lots of people have them operated on and they get worse.

no i ran a bit ast dat day,but d pain originated atnight,imceratinits not because of d running,d painis notmuscular but eelslike a nervous one…severe pain,has put an active guy like me on bed…
