Scottish Gaelic is a form of Celtic language, language of the old Scots, it’s a mixture of the languages of ancient races that populated this country e.g Nords, Welsh etc. It’s not a primary language but it is spoken and taught in selective schools depending on whether or not they decide to include it in the curriculum. You get Gaelic radio and TV channels over here :)
