Can someone please help me figure this riddle out!

Celebrity brothers recommend paying attention to this luminous display or icon. I paid attention when it appeared and regarded it as something potentially serious; still, I was unable to schedule a diagnostic session for almost two weeks. What is the luminous display, and why was there a such a long delay in scheduling a diagnostic session? Hint:Not related to the sky (not sun, moon, constellations…) The celebrity brothers have something to do with air…with electromagnetic waves that pass through the air. Another hint: moving object.
