Gaining weight in a healthy way?

I’m about 5′7 and barely 115, and I’m hoping if I gained weight it would look better, but I don’t want to do it by eating a whole lot of fat and junk

I’m hoping it will help me fill out when I wear tighter clothes, because I look to thin when I wear them.

Try eatting a large variety of different foods.
carbohydrates such as pasta, these release energy slowly.
Plently vegetables and fruits
and fruits, vege, orange juice, bread and weetabix for fibre.
proteins which are found in meats, fish and eggs, used for growth.
calcium I think is found in dairy products like milk and yogurts.
have a little sugar too, you’re body wont run right without some. but if you’re anything like me, sugar wont help you put on weight lol

Someone advised me to drink a lot of water. Two glasses when i wake up in the morning, one before lunch, and two during dinner time and once before bedtime. You would need to have some more in between, that would make up to 6-8 glasses per day.

water helps everything. It helps your body to work efficiently. It may help
