Should you throw everything in the bin?

And start fresh? When your life is becoming way to overwhelming and you aren’t living anymore because of people and because of things.

If they’re just lying around and holding you back, then yes, throw them. But you might need some of those things to start over.

Be careful to not blame people, places and things for your situation. You should be in control of your own life at all times. This does not mean that unexpected circumstances won’t challenge you, but that’s life. If you are in a situation where you can’t manage your life, perhaps it’s time to seek some professional help or a fellowship to find out why. Your problems might be inside of you in which case throwing everything & everyone away won’t help you at all.
