computer help: I got a new computer and it says it is able to run battlefield - Help.com

I got a new computer and it says it is able to run

battlefield 2 but once i start a mulitplayer game it says there is a probably with my connection but there shoudln’t be because i got wireless cable into it and the armstrong peopel came and did it and i have a fast enough internet so what could be the problem
