Help-com loading incorrectly: Hmmm…

I recently asked for help with Borland C++ Compiler, and now my browser won’t load the page. I can, of course, load OTHER peoples’ posts, just not my own. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I think the problem was that it uses the first 30 characters or so as the address, and the character “+” was in those characters, and that’s invalid in web addresses.
