Spread elmer’s glue on the splinter, let it dry, them peel it off. (any white glue will work.
Try using really sticky tape if you have any. Try any tape, really. Put it over the splinter and remove it.
Glue works as well.
Is the splinter straight up and down or angled in? If it’s angled, wet your finger, then rub your finger along your skin from where the splinter went in your skin to the end of it repeatedly. This ought to gradually pull it out until you can grab it with your fingernails. If it’s too small, simply repeat until it gets rubbed out. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you rub the opposite direction - this will push the splinter in further.
its at an angle, im trying what you said.
But if that doesn’t work then I well try the glue.
OW! I think that I would wait for my mom to get home cause knows where needles are, I don’t.
The needle would probably work best then, in conjunction with tweezers if possible.
Cept I don’t know where one is and It is starting to hurt, I hate splinters!!!
My uncle once used a razor blade to get one out for me.
Your uncle is HARD CORE - I’ve never even tried shaving with a razor.
I was running around on his deck and slipped and got about 50 splinters in my foot. They sat me down, got me a popsicle and he went to work.
hi: I know the splinter probably drives you crazy–hurts? stings?
If you can’t get it out, leave it for three days. The flesh will fester around the splinter hopefully and you will be able to squeeze it out.
Like how long is the splinter and what is it?
Sorry I meant to say that I got it out yesterday, but is wasn’t very long and it was wood.
hey i have a splinter that has been in my foot for about 3 months and it will not come out.. it is really starting to hurt. sometimes ache.. how can i get it out? it’s really inside there.. please help

I have a small splinter in my finger, too short to get out. EXTREMELY afraid of needles and pain, is there anything that I can soak it in or put on it that will draw it out?
i have a splinter in my finger but it is short im afraid of needles T_T
try tweesers they might hurt a little bit but try
i got it out alreasy
Soak the splinter in goat milk for up to a maximum of 20 minutes. The contents of the milk will eat away at the skin and the splinter will pop out. When I did it, it worked well. I got it off the internet dont blame me if it doesnt work. Have fun! ☺
I got a splinter stuck under my fingernail. Its really deep and i cant get to it. But, im going to try the glue idea but, if that doesnt work then the goat milk might work. I read that on a website too. Please Reply with another way! ☺
try pressing around it with your finger till it gets high enough to pull out with tweezers but it might sting or try making a minor cut so you can pull it out with something and my mom used tweezers and it hurts.

Splinters can occur any time you work with wooden objects. Even the smoothest wooden vase can be problematic if you catch the wood on a grain and the end result can be a painful splinter. Usually splinters occur in the hands, because we tend to rub them on everything. Many splinters occur when we’re carrying wooden objects, and when we are rubbing our hands along a railing. But, what should you do to remove a splinter?
How To Remove A Splinter With Baking Soda
To remove a splinter you will need the following items:
* 1 tablespoon of baking soda
* 1 spoon or stir stick
* 1 cup of water
* 1 cotton washcloth
First, put 1 tablespoon of baking soda into the cup of water. Stir until the baking soda has dissolved. Next, soak the cotton washcloth in the baking soda solution. Apply the washcloth to your finger or hand where you have the splinter wound and allow it to soak for approximately 10 minutes. Baking soda is made up of sodium bicarbonate. Sodium bicarbonate will cause the area where the splinter is to swell slightly. This swelling action will make it easier for the splinter to unlodge itself as it too will swell and rise out of the wound. You should be able to gently push your skin in the area of the splinter wound beneath the splinter and it will pop out without having to use any squeezing or tweezers.
Why Not Use Tweezers Or Squeezing?
You should avoid using tweezers or squeezing a splinter because you can introduce bacteria into the wound and set up an infection. Squeezing also tends to push the splinter down further into the flesh making it harder to remove. This means you are more likely to dig at the splinter, which can also cause the splinter area to become infected, or reddened and more painful.
Although it hurt, i used a needle and bent the splinter up, pushed it out a bit managed to pull it out with tweezers. Just if you use a needle, make sure you sterilize it.
use a knife i know its extreme but it works in some cases.
You place a piece of duct tape over the splinter and leave on for half an hour. Then slowly peel away. The splinter will come off with come off with the tape.(might not alwyas work i got it off the internet)If not my friend iam sorry but you just have 2 say goodbye 2 ur hand call 987 not- a- real- number and i will peronally cut ur hand off :P lol
i usually use a needle and tweezers (but if its not to deep you can do it with out a needle)☺
you can pinch it very hard and when you see it pull it out of your finger and it wont hurt or……. you can peel your skin until you see it and pull it out right now a have a thorn in my hand and its really deep and i cant get it out
you can suck on it then use nail cliipers 2 get it out
put fatback meat on it bandage it overnight and it will be out the next day
wow
