Are you connecting to the internet through:
a) your normal computer and IP address
b) your normal computer, but through a proxy or through Google Web Accelerator
c) a different computer but the same IP address
d) a different computer and a different IP address?

For the purpose of these questions, your normal computer is the computer on which you first edited your profile.

If you can’t get it to update, give a shout to C.M. Theisen or Chuyskywalker and ask them your question. They are the moderators for this site.

I am connected through my normal computer and IP address. I don’t even know what proxy or Google Web Accelerator mean.

Oh. Okay. I have no idea what your problem is. Try rebooting your computer and trying again.

I am going to invite our webmaster, ChuySkywalker (Jeff) to review your account and find out if there is a bug causing you problems.

I can’t seem to duplicate what you are experiencing from my home machine. I will try again on monday.

In the mean time, would you mind telling me more about what you have running / installed on your machine while you try to update? What browser are you using? What operating system, etc.

Thanks!

Same thing happened to me. I found you have to have something to replace what you put previously, if you try to leave it blank after already filling it in once and saving it, it won’t let you. Or at least that’s how it was for me.
