computer help: Hello, - Help.com

Hello,

When I try to remove old QuickTime and download new version of iTunes + QuickTime, I get message:
“Internal Error 2356.Data1.cab”
Can someone tell me how to get around this impasse and install QuickTime?…Thank you very much, Don Roy

Haveyou tried just downloading the newer version without uninstalling the old one. It should do it by just over installing and removing the old one during the process. Other than that my guess would be a problem with windows installer.
