music help: im trying to download music to my mp3 but when i click “set-up - Help.com

im trying to download music to my mp3 but when i click

“set-up sync” a window pops up saying “windows media player cannot modify sync settings at this time” or when i click “start sync” a window pops up saying “windows media cannot play file”..any suggestions??
