Well I would think so. I mean, as a woman, I would like it if someone called ME hot.I don’t think it would be any different for guys.
handsome, perhaps cute (as cute as a 6′5″ behemoth can be (babyfaced, k?)) but not hot. I would rather a woman attracted to me because I am a nice person
my rant>
I’ve been called hot, but usually when I’ve done something. I made a log fire in a cabin in the woods, and after I had it burning nicely, my girl friend was just staring at my with an open mouth, but managed to say “hot”, I thought she meant the fire, but her next move showed otherwise. Finally, being a boy scout paid off.
I’ve been called hot by friends and it’s fun, but when random drunk girl who has a thing for tall guys says “you’re hot” - well that’s too actually.
end rant>
Depends on the guy, depends on the girl, depends on the situation.
On average, I think it would be a “yes”. I think it the same as for girls. If you just happen to have genetics they like, or pheromones that click, or they are blurters - a bit empty. If they like the way you dance, dress, live - then the compliment hits home, as it’s about your choices and actions, not just good genes and shallow attempts.
When someone says hot early on usually that’s a sign they are more attracted to your physical appearance right away more than your actual personality in my opinion. Really depends on the situation. I like being told that but, I would rather a person like me for my personality more than my appearance.
let me answer your question with a question …. why wouldnt they like to be told that?
