Yea, it may make it show more at first but it will make it go quicker.
If it’s a new bruise, put ice / cold compress on it, help prevent the bruise forming.
Consealer will help to hide it but apply it outdoors in natural light as if you do it indoors, it will look ok them look really bad in natural light, ive made that mistake myself.
There is a homeopathic remedy called Arnica that makes bruises fade really fast. It won’t make them show more at first. Just put it on a few times every day until its gone.
Homoeopathy doesn’t work.
Anyway. There really isn’t any way to make bruises fade. A mixture of aspirin and water applied thickly to the area may reduce any redness or swelling, but you’re just going to have to wait.
Science is just starting to understand the effects of magnetic fields on the human body, but the current thinking (at least on their effect on bruising) is that there are many many capillary beds stacked on top of one another, through out the body. So many so that the heart isn’t strong enough to pump blood through all of them at the same time. The valve mechanism that shuts off one bed and opens another above it is controlled electro-chemically. When you place a magnet over a particular area, all the capillary beds open up allowing full blood flow, and quicker healing. This does work. I have seen it work on a large bruise my cousin had. He took a refrigerator magnet and taped it over his bruise. The magnet was an odd shape and smaller then the bruise. After a day he took it off and the bruise was gone only where the magnet had been. As I understand it, magnetic therapy is used in different ways for different ailments, and the feds don’t recognise any of them, but I have seen it with my own eyes.
Arnica really works !!!
You may think “homeopathy” doesn’t really work, but I guarantee you if you put Arnica on a bruise it will fade at least 3xs as fast as it would without it.
you can probably get it at any health food store and some grocery stores that have decent health food sections
So is it a food thing or a cream of some sort?
its like a gel. it also comes in tablets you can take orally, but i haven’t tried that way.
