Im 16 and woke up before with some rash like spots over my breasts and stomach. I don’t know what it is can anyone help?

did you sleep on your stomach? was you slightly hot when you woke up?

It may be a simple heat rash, but personally if it doesnt go away after a few hours get it checked out

No, endometriosis does not cause a rash. You have been diagnosed with that at 16? Wow, that’s amazing. It could be any kind of new soap (laundry, body, shampoo). It could also be a nervous reaction, is it getting worse the more you worry about it? webmd is a good idea. I’d check there.
