Of course it’s right. Why even question it?

Why would it be any less pointless if Darwin was wrong? (which he’s not)

You either believe the evidence, or you don’t.

What evidence?

Here is a quote straight from Darwin, in his The Origin of Species book.
“If it could be demonstrated that any complex organ existed, which could not possibly have been formed by numerous, successive, slight modifications, my THEORY would ABSOLUTELY BREAK DOWN.”

And it has!!!

With the opening of the black box of the cell through the last 40 years of research in molecular and cell biology, there are now numerous examples of complex molecular machines that absolutely break down the theory of natural selection as an all-encompassing explanation of living systems.

How’s that for Darwin’s theory??

Very good question!

I do find it funny that when people ask questions in regards to evolution vs. creationism, that the arguement is almost, if not more contraversial, than that of abortion.

Is it more far fetched to believe that we evolved over millions of years through climatic changes, through adapting, survivng ice ages, movements of the plate tectonics, the major nature disasters that plagued the globe in its infancy, than it is to believe that the earth and everything in it was created in 6 days, and woman was manifast from man?

And now that we have the knowledge of DNA, and aspect of SCIENCE the religious actually like to use to support their beliefs, it must prove this wrong.

It doesn’t. every child born is a genetic mutation of its parents DNA, combining to form a new strand. If it was perfect, we would not have physically or mentally handicapped people, people would not be suffering from all the mental diseases they do now. etc.

Here’s a thought for you, we evolved. But does evolution rule out a Divine creature? No. it does not. How is anyone certain that evolution was not part of the Divine Plan? which goes back to ask how long is 1 day in the eyes of the Divine?

1 day is as a 1000 years and a 1000 years is as 1 day!

I believe in Microevolution but not in Macroevolution.

If you don’t know what microevolution is check out this link.
