Hello, My name is Malinda, My children are in a serious cituation with my ex-husban.

They will not talk.I want them out.I have 136 reports of child neglect,and abuse. CPS will not take them out because every time they check on them their ok.My children live in a boarded up home with swimming pool lath on the window,It is isolating, they say its not against the law,but with the reports that are true, and evidence of past reports they should be taken out.I have no money for a divorce attorney.Can someone help.Sincerly malinda
