The speed limit is only a suggestion. But anyway if police and surgens are breaking the law at least they are trying to help people when they do it.

Fortunately, speed limit only applied to personal cars and trucks. It doesn’t apply to government and mililtery vehicles while on duties.

Police cars while off duty also have to obey the speed limit.

2. Cutting yourself is also not illegal.
