Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
“eat mostly plants”
” eat food that knows where it has come from ”
Make sure you take a multivitamin cause you can’t get all that your body needs from the foods you eat.

yea, eat lots of plants, and try not to cook them..
True…but that sounds totally gross though. No salt…no pepper…just….veg.
i know what types of food I’m suppose to eat. but it’s all about getting a balance, that’s why I want to find a schedule with the meals planned out
you could spice it up friend…. add salsa to veggies, just dont cook veggies so much, it kills the enzymes and vitamins, so you wont feel the vitality of the food as much

Remember though…you can’t have balance without those vitamins.
the point of the balance is to get the right amount of vitamins.. it’s not just about eating tonnes of vegetables. people only go on about that so much because it’s what people get the least of

Right. I don’t loads of veges everyday…honestly I don’t think I could do it. I’m not like a heavy meat eater or anything…but I like taste…
And I cook my veges…the only time I eat them raw is when I eat a salad….so don’t go all vegetarian hear.
the point of balance isnt just about vitamins..its about getting the proper ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates… vitamins help release the energy in food espically the b vitamins……

Dude..you totally misunderstood. I’m not call you a vegetarian. I was just commenting on the fact that the previous poster was all like don’t cook you vegetables….and how that’s what seems to be the topic of discussion….you misunderstand dude
hey I am not starting a war, just sharring what i know… cool down, I am on your side negroguapo
and thankyou aeolian mode but I was saying vitamins because they were talking about vegies. to clarify this post isn’t about me wondering what types of food I need to eat because I already know. it is about me not being very good at cooking an not having any ideas for meals, so I want a schedule that gives me ideas for meals for everyday of the week that will end up with me eating the right amounts of food from each food group. thanx anyway

Plus - Has some good science behind it, and works well for lots of people I know personally. neg - the study was funded by the meat board, so it highlighted the benefits of high protein - but they were imbalanced and you can get that from non-meat sources.

this one is also popular for those on a budget - I use it a fair bit myself.
Mostly what I do is visit people I admire, join them in the kitchen and help and chat. Then I plan for what I want. Only been doing it just over a year now, and I’m off my L plates.
If they are useful, I can expand a bit.

Correct quantity means there are insufficient or perhaps way too much of some necessary vitamin. Vitamin and mineral consumption is crucial that the FDA suggested regular necessity is usually recommended in tags in meals.
Vitamins and minerals are certainly not the same. Many are generally fat soluble, for instance vitamins A, D, E as well as K.
