I am 28 just recently got married and have gained a bunch of weight.

I am lacking in the movtivation section and need to get back in to shape. Its just been so long since I have worked out I don’t know where to start. And it seems that I just keep gaining weight. I am at 163 right now and hoping to go to 130 at least. Any advice

Join a gym, and stick to a workout plan that is suitable for you.

weight is just a number. you need to be happy with yourself. i recently started walking once a week and i really enjoy it. sure i have got a bit of excess flab here and there, but it doen’t matter what others think of me - it only matters what i think of myself.

p.s. gym culture is great if (a) you are loaded, or (b) you need to go and sweat next to loads of fit people (which in turn will probably even make elle mcphearson feel fat and or unfit).

Walking is the best exercise for losing fat and ensure that your diet does not include any high calorie foods. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlos…

What do you mean ’stop having sexual intercourse’ lily$43? That is a silly suggestion because the woman is married! Losing weight isn’t as daunting as it may seem quay18. You don’t really even need to join a gym. Buy a skipping rope and maybe a yoga ball (all pretty inexpensive) and you can set up a gym right in your own living room. Also, eating healthy is also a quick way to shed those extra pounds. Cutting back refined sugars and carbs and snacking on nuts, fruit and homemade smoothies is a great way to stay in shape. Good luck!
