I just received a shut off notice for my electric bill.

It is for 227.77 and is due to be shut off on Jan. 22nd. I am on SSI Disability, and have no way to pay this bill. Can anyone please help me? Any help would be appreciated. I can send proof of income, and shut off notice if needed through email. Thanks
