Putting on weight…

.

Hey, I’ve lost a bit of weight over the past two months with exams and all. I’ve always been skinny/very slim, but this is probably the worst it’s been. I’ve never suffered from bulimia or anorexia. Just right now I often have very large meals, but don’t feel the urge to snack or anything. I don’t really like chocolate, and although I often have fast food, it sometimes makes me feel sick, so I don’t have it like everyday. Tips for putting on weight (the good kind i.e. without giving me a heart attack) would be much appreciated.

Eat protein! (meat)
it’ll give you weight.
And there are snack bars that make you gain weight too, football players eat them so they can burn muscle.

well honestly the only real way to put on weight is to take in more calories than your burning simple as that really. so basically eat more meals and if ya really cant for some reason ( which is the best way just to eat more healthy foods ) maybe you try drinking like protein or meal replacement shakes drinking is always easier than eating and they come in a variety of flavors so you dont get bored. But again just eating more whole and healthy foods is best.
another way is force yourself to eat breakfast every moring just s little something to get the fires going and that should help your appetite.
