The Help.com community now has a second website moderator.
He goes by the username F.Peralta. As a fellow employee of CNET Networks (the Help.com parent company), and he joins me as somebody you can report problems to.

This way, you can easily invite him to investigate any problems with posts and violations of the community behavior guidelines. He’ll be monitoring any complaints about the Help.com chat room, too. Like me, F.Peralta is empowered to delete posts and replies and he can block users who repeatedly misbehave. He is also ready to answer questions about how to use the Help.com website.
