I really want to lose weight, i feel fat.?
Well I’m 5′6, and 60kg.
I would LOVE to be 55kg.
That’s only 5 kg i have to lose…
Right now I am on a diet, of mainly fruit and vegetables,
and i have burnt off 1000 calories on the tredmill in two days.
My body is really sore, so i’m not sure if i can lose 500 calories on the tredmill
everyday, but if i keep up my diet, and do regular exercise, say about 3-4 times a week,
1500 - 2000 calories a week burnt, + my diet, will i lose this weight fast!?
