Thanks for being honest about it. Well I know that you are still far away from backruptcy. But just in case it goes there I wanna say one thing about that: those laws were made exactly for this type of situation. People who were working and ahead and had some problems hit them. So, if it ever does get there, just do it without any qualms. It is a last resort, but it is a possiblility. I mean, I am assuming you are applying for disability and going to doctors to document it and all that, but that takes time to go through. Hang in there, it will be allright. No one ever died from being in debt. I know it gets bad and stressful, but ultimately there is nothing they can do to hurt you. When I was young I was in major debt and lost a job and we were really stressed, and then I realized that it happens A LOT, and it was not the end of the world. Good Luck.
