I am a disabled American..

I have been disabled for almost 10 years now. I am 32 years old been married for 11 years to a wonderful woman. I have 5 children ages 3,5,7,9,and 10 years old. My family is my Life! The disability I have has me home-bound. I have been a home renter for all of my adult life.
Recently I have started to try and get into a Home for our family something that would be ours. We have applied for mortgages through our bank and many other private companies. We live in Irmo, South Carolina we found a house that is right down the street from where we rent now and have fell in love with it . It offers plenty of room for all of us which we haven’t had before. It also keeps my children in the same schools that are excellant schools. The listed price for the home is $164,000 it sits on 2 acres, and is mine and my wifes Dream home. I guess what I am trying to find out is if there is anyone out there that can Help us?
