I am bipolar and my medications aren’t working too well anymore…

I don’t think we’ll ever find anything that works…sometimes I just wonder, why bother?

I have Bipolar as well. Here’s what I do to manage my condition. I work with my psychiatrist whom I trust with my life. I suggest you find the same. I take the medication he prescribes everyday. Finally, I attend church. Being in touch spiritually will bring you to happiness.

You know i feel that way also.if you dont mind me asking what meds are you on? i feel for my bipolar disorder not much is helping,but im still on my meds.have you talked to youer d.r? let him/her know how you feel. maybe you can work something out,but untill then (please) stay on youer meds!dont go off them that would not be good. trust me i know.
