As for how to catch a jackalope. You need a lasso, bait, a tree stand, and EXCELLENT aim. It’s gotta be during the season where his antlers still have velvet on them. Get him around the antlers and he’ll scream like a rabbit, but reel him in and stroke the velvet gently, and he’ll start to purr. (Yes, purr. Jackalopes are thought to have some cat DNA, as well.) Offer him a muffin laced with magic powder from the last wizard in Iceland. When he eats it, he will be yours forever. You can then remove the lasso and carry your jackalope out of the forest. But do not allow him to eat catnip, or the magic will be broken and you will lose your beloved pet.

Then, after acquiring said magic wand, point it towards the midnight sun while standing in a moonbeam. After doing so, you will be visited by The Man who will ask you five questions. Four of which he isn’t serious about, and the fifth of which is very difficult to answer. You have to figure out which of his questions is the real one and answer it. After proving your worth, he will give you anti-pot, which you take to a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow to destroy it. If you do so, the rainbow loses its anchor on earth and will pull you up into the heavens where you will find the grazing grounds of the jackalope. Next, use the CCC to fire at the jackalope’s fifth leg and it will succum to its wounds.
