I just heard a little trick on changing a thought process.

If you can’t stop thinking of an issue or daydreaming…remember something that you enjoyed doing a year or two ago in detail..write it down if you must. The more detail you think of it( a trip, vacation or party) the more success you have in removing the annoying thought.

Cool..and worth giving it a go:)
This does not mean thinking of your ex..lol.
