My three brothers and I are have “legal issues” and

tomorrow we all are going to a lawyers office to get “clarification on a Living Trust that this lawyer drew up several years ago.

Because each of our own lawyers “interpret” the “Distribution” part of it differently.

Now this issue is really tearing are family apart. A couple of us are not really talking to each other.
The real problem I need help with is….my brothers and have always hugged each other when we see each other, but it is very hard to want to hug the two brothers I am pissed off with.
Should I go in for the hug, or put my hand out to shake.

Go for the hug. Hopefully your brother(s) will reciprocate. Blood is thicker than money. Family is important. Unfortunately, family can let you down. Unfortunately, it’s the people who are CLOSEST to you who can REALLY let you down. Do the RIGHT thing! Don’t be greedy. Aim to be fair. Be reasonable.

I am very curious about you Littleneck, you are always on line trying to help so many people. Most people would not have enough time in the day to do this. Do you work? are you disabled too?
