lol..ah, good times. Well, it’s never a place to unlock. It all has to do with the codes in the control panel and those are harder than hell to figure out. You need to have a back door, but what kinda sites are you trying to get into?

I use a local server with filter to block some sites. I connect to the internet through buying cards from this service provider and I dial its phone number. How can I unblock the sites and overcome this filtration? I need you to explain to me different ways to do that, please.
