weird appetite!
I’m having this disgusting food cravings lately :P
like right now! Im craving for a hotdog, vanilla milkshake, fries, nutella, honey cornflakes and Ice-cream with colorful sprinkles on the top. Its 9:00 am in the morning and I can’t eat those all together. I don’t know where it comes from..!!
anyway… just felt like sharing this. have a nice day people.

really that bright of me when I do cheat my diet..
not often.. and not too much at the one time..
I am bored to death with my diet.. its just
veg pasta and rice and mash and porrage and sannies
most of the time, so I guess Im good with my diet
most of the time.. anyways what you were craving
sounds good to me.. I couldnt do that in a oner though lol

have you tired eating Diet food, you know diet chocolates and stuff.
Most every food that you mention here is sugar-related. You may have high protien levels which could indicate hypogocemia.

Not saying that you’re supposed to eat more sugar. Simply saying that if you crave starch and sugar-based items that you may have a condition that needs to be looked into. Getting a “sweet thooth” from time to time is one thing, but if you have a diet that brings you to crave these items all the time, you may have a real condition. . .
