The series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier plant is designed for the following application:
I. Degassing, dehydration and filtering impurities of transformer oil
II. Remove acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration
III. It can vacuum filling oil to transformer, vacuum dry transformer and on-line operation transformer .
IV. It is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on. The standard ZYD system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers).
Features:
1. It not only have common vacuum oil purifier’s function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities, but also this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach to the normal index like anti-oxides, acid- alkali water-solubility
2.The performance and lifetime of insulating oil will improve and extend awfully after purification and regeneration.
3. It can purify the transformer oil online without cutting off the power.
4. Mobile (trailer) type, completely enclosed structure, waterproof, dustproof, move easy.
5. Installation of car tires, Bridge shock absorber, braking system and steel welding of entire trailer guarantee 60km/h speed.
6. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
7. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
8. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
