Maybe you’re over working your arms.

Are you lifting more than you can lift? You should also take breaks between working out.

I don’t think i’m over working them i do 3 sets of 10, Its only 20 Pounds, and i stretch before lifting, it just hurts when my arms are closer to my body, if i go closer to the weights i get no pain, Are the weights suppose to be place a certain distance?

Distance, not really all I know is that you shouldn’t have it too close, enough for comfort. Perhaps you should go to get it checked out.
