Hi, My new Patch e-mail name is (email removed),

BUT after serving my community for 11 years with a weekly publication, EVERYONE knows me as Terri Miles, They won’t know who Teresa Miles is… Is it possible to change this NOW before it’s too late?

Are you talking about the help.com community? Go to “Account Admin” at the top right, and go to “Settings” there you can change your user name.
