life help: Hi , - Help.com

Hi ,

This is annyoing coz i keep thinking about stuff even when i wake up i cant stop thinking about anything and is realy starting to make me upset and angry i cant enjoy life or be happy anymore coz i keep thinking will i get to sleep and i getto sleep fine and i tell myself yes its fine and it is and the next mrning it coes up again HELP!

Analysis Paralysis.

Its a term used for over analysing the same information.

And that can leed to depression and so on.

I suggest you start keeping your mind occupied with new information.

Once you start over analysing your worlds bound to get as big as your room.

So make a list of things you know nothing about.

Cold Fusion… so on….

And study up on it… gather as much info as you can.

And the things that do bother you… those answers will become clear to you.

You could also try to write all your thoughts down each day, for 5-15 minutes max, and don’t allow yourself to think/analyse for the rest of the day. At first it’s hard, but if you keep it up it actually works!

well i think about if im gnna get good sleep when i can ! and i know i do now but i had a priblem before and every morning i feel like theres ntohigng to look forward to and i cant stop thinking about tings and its making me so un happy and annoyed and makes me want to cry!

It sounds like you are depressed, so why is there nothing to look forward to? What if you had all the money in the world, what would you do? I mean to ask you that because when you feel open and free you tend to relax and think outside of the limitations that you set on yourself, like thinking you can only do things one way. So if you have a blank check where do you think you would spend it, would you go somewhere, what would you do would you help other people, would you start up something like a business.. basically what makes you happy or motivated?
