go onto ur hotmail fill in all ur details and change ur secret answer and question and then change ur password and keep it safe! if this fails then make urself a new hotmail account and dont tell neone ur answer and dont make it obvious!

go onto your hotmail fill in all your details and change your secret answer and question and then change your password and keep it safe! if this fails then make yourself a new hotmail account transfer your contacts less one (you know who) and don’t tell no one your answer and don’t make it obvious! and block him from contacting you, then email each saying you closed the other account down and for them to block the old account and add the new account send this will then ask each to add to their contacts…..(you can send one message to all) after you remove the person.(if you wish to.
