What happens in MySQL when you start a transaction, perform stuff on tables and commit at the end…

BUT! one of the tables wrapped in a transaction is MyISAM rather than InnoDB… is the transaction totally ignored or just cannot be rolledback for this one table?

For work with mysql database make use of http://www.mysql.repairtoolbox.com software open/read/scan/export-import mysql data

It must be your mysql data is corrupted
If I’m right try to use following utility http://www.mysql.fixtoolbox.com
