I don’t think you can. lol :D
Probably there’s a window there that the kitty just cannot reach or sit in, in any way, so he or she *has* to stand up like that to see out of it.

Of course, cats living indoors with a lot of time on their paws sometimes learn to do some really odd things, all by themselves. Like my Luna and the computer.

I was able to get my cat to do similar things, but I think it was because she had that personality…but I used the yummy cat treats and a feather toy i held up while i stood on a chair (im super short).
