A few help.com members have noticed a problem.
“If I go to the starting page “Help.com” there one will see in bold letters START HERE, and under that is a box to post a question. Well, I did..yesterday and sent it. My message is still in that box. What am I doing wrong? And how do I get rid of it? It only happens every now and then.”Thanks, Rose13. (this is what rose13 said)
Hi, a simple refresh will make that go away, so if you notice that your replies or post stay in the white boxes, close out help.com and start over.
