computer help: There is something wrong with your video player asking to download something from dw.com.com. - Help.com

There is something wrong with your video player asking to download something from dw.com.com.

I keep getting an error saying the video is either being blocked or the video is not available. First if the video is not available why have a link to it in the first place. Second, I don’t have any pop-up blockers, ad blocker or firewalls stopping you from sending me cookies or any other ad content. I can view your adds under the get add credits, but when I try to watch any tv shows video I get the same message. I tried even removing many of Explorers controls under tools, changing to Mozilla Firefox browser, and re-downloading Flash players for each browser. No help, same message. My computer DOS is Windows XP with Explorer 8 or Mozilla Firefox 3.6.9. Any assistance you could lend would be deeply appreciated.
