is she someone you talk to a lot as a friend? single? really understanding? if she is then ask her out, what is the worst that could happen? then if she says yes, let your relationship build for at least a few weeks, before telling her how you feel, let her know gently, you don’t want to freak her out, or scare her into thinking you want to be with her forever, you are only very young!! see how it goes, it is always worth a try!
