You could be bipolar, manic depressive, or just affected by out of balance hormones. You should probably talk to a doctor and get your situation medically evaluated.

once they thought I was bipolar but if I was then dad would not let me take meds for it I just wish I could stay in one mood

Well, if you are a teen, hormones are just as likely to be the problem. This is just one of the drawbacks of adolescence - but the good news is that the emotional mood swings do fade over time…

Well teens go through mood swings all the time, especially girls around the time they get their period. But if they are madly out of whack, I suggest seeing a doctor

People change moods. Get used to it. There’ll come a time when you are feeling fantastic and some stranger will use the wrong verb form and remind you of the teacher you hated in high school who said that nasty thing and you wanted to tell him to go to hell but didn’t and…

hi, you could be a victim of mood swings….this occurs mostly in people who have experienced tragedies or just because of disappointment. for example….you have been waiting for something all your life and then you found out that it was never there or didnt exist…the awful feeling that you would have. Feeling like this often throw people of track in their personal lifes.

i was going throught that and they tested my thyroid count and it was
off balance. this might sound crazy but since i started drinking soy
vanilla milk i started also feeling better .

just plain mood swings could be to do with boys or your familey life or possibly most likely periods happens to girls . if a boy gets mood swings its to do with pubity or its just them.
