How do you tell real from surreal?

For like the past 4 days I have been feeling wierd, like everything isn’t real or I have been dazed. Is there a reason for this?

If there is a reason, I don’t know…however, I have had the same feeling myself in the past, and it did go away within a week each time.

I’ve been going through the same thing. It’s hard to tell what’s real. You just need to keep hope. You’ll understand what’s going on soon enough. I know I will, I have hope.
