getting rid of the smell of mothballs
About a year ago, I bought a steamer trunk. It smelled like mothballs, and I didn’t know then how frustrating that could be to get rid of. In that year, I’ve aired it out in the sunshine for days on end, used probably a whole bottle of Fabreze, lined it with cedar… all to no avail. Anyone know how to get rid of the smell of mothballs? I really want to store things in my trunk!
