1. dont use a free Webhost, noone wants to deal with advertisments
2. get a real domain name
3. forums are great, but there needs to be more
4. content is everything, especially when it comes to SEO
5. Get someone to design the site for you, a professional.

A free download section, I am going to guess for music. I haven’t looked at the site, but dear lord make sure you heavily advise against illegal downloads of copyrighted material, and things related to such, or you could be looking at one massive lawsuit.
