Why are there so many posts about myspace?

There are many repeated posts about the subject. Why don’t people use the search function? Why is myspace so important? Someone please answer my questions.

I love MySpace! I have gotten back in touch with alot of my old friends and some family members. For me it’s not about popularity but about keeping in contact with people I care about. There are only a few people on my friends list who I don’t know in person and they are all celeb pages but one. I agree that some people who use MySpace just want to spam you and ‘collect’ friends. But it’s not always like that.

I like myspace for the fact that I’ve reconnected with friends from school, its cool to see what people are doing now. I don’t love it and could live without it, I find it cool though. Please don’t bug it, not everyone on myspace are freaks.
