i am 13 im in 8th grade and on the town cheerteam.

befor 8th grade started i was 95lbs but now im 102lbs and i still want to be a flyer. what can i do to lose weight andx quick??

Do more cardio exercise and cut out any late night meals, junk food and deserts. However, don’t forget that you are young and growing. Your body has not fully grown. It’s very natural for you to grow taller and fill out more. At your age, this should not be a signal to go on any crash diet. You already seem athletic, so your weight gain is very likely to be a natural part of your body’s maturation.

how tall are you cause if ur five foot eleven ur still gonna be a flyer
but if u three feet i am surprised that u even were a flyer
But, their is no safe and really fast way to lose weight but if your lookin at maybe 2 or four pounds a week drink a ton of really cold water and cold fruit and veggies. You’re body will have to heat up anything cold that you eat and the water makes you feel fuller. But eat meat too because ur still growing and water and greens aint gonna cover your growth.
THink about this:
Healthy, slower weight loss
or
Crash diet that has a 42% rate of killing you.
Ya go heatlthy
ANd you neeed some muscle as a flyer so u do need a heathy diet.
My friend was once a flyer but, they had to kick her off because she looked unheathy thin and they said she couldnt fly unless she gained some more muscle.

look Hun I’m a cheerleader to…I’m also in 8th grade…on my team the most our flyers were 110….so your not in any need to be skinny if you must,watch your food..

eat smart,cut the fat..

DON’T EAT FAST FOOD IT DOES YOU NO GOOD!

try having chicken with a nice salad…
that’s always good…and don’t eat junk at all cut out the sugary cereal and any type of soda!

don’t drink any type of juice that is 100% juice…and drink a ton of eater…hope it helps..
